[sudo-discuss] TAZ 3d printer missing fan shroud and fan?

The extruder motor on the TAZ lulzbot 3D printer is working but the gear 
on the end of its shaft is slipping when it tries to extrude.

if the extruder is too clogged to print, the motor should probably fail to 
turn, rather than the motor turning but its gear slipping on the motors' 
shaft.

this will need some attention to repair.  who wants to do it?
