I can help.  We have everything needed to do it in sudoroom.

can you send the pattern you want to etch and tell me the exact dimensions 
you need for the copper lines?  and we need to be able to print the 
pattern, in mirror-image 100% scale, from a laser printer that we will 
feed glossy paper.

and we'll need a clothes iron.
