[sudo-discuss] Outreachy - remote internships in Free and Open Source Software

Note that helping to further develop the sudo-humans hackerspace membership
software <https://github.com/sudoroom/sudo-humans> would be a very worthy
cause.

There are still a number of critical missing features (like notification
when someone's payment fails!) that are likely costing Sudo and CCL
hundreds of dollars a month. But development seems to have slowed to a
crawl the past year.

Help wanted!
