[sudo-discuss] How do we help SudoRoom become more project-based?

Way to *do*, juul!

This sounds really fun. I know lots of sudo folks are doing neat stuff,
but I don't always know how to ask about it. It might also be a nice way
for project devs to put out a call for help if they're looking for more
hands and eyes.
