[sudo-discuss] 5 minutes of fame sign-up

Alright it looks like we can have it on first Wednesdays anyway since the
group using the space on that day stopped having their events.

SO: Original plan back in action. We'll have them on first Wednesdays.
First event will be on March 1st :)
