[sudo-discuss] [CCLmembers] Do we have any peltier generators floating around?

As far as I know these are essentially the same as the Peltier coolers.
With the possible exception that the materials might be engineered for a
different temperature regime.

The one you linked to can only handle 150°C max - I doubt most
thermoelectric coolers have a lower Tmax than that (the first one I
randomly looked up listed Max Operating Temp: 180°C).

I think that most of the TEC's sold are actually designed as CPU coolers,
so they should be able to handle temperatures well above the boiling point
of water.
