[sudo-discuss] bicycles and parts gathering in sudoroom

If the inflow of garbage into the space isn't stop, this will always be a
problem. Sudo Room is not (as far as I know) an E-waste collection point,
members and non-members(!) need to stop treating it as such, no matter how
useful they think their "donation" will be (to someone else).
