[sudo-discuss] [omni-discuss] internet down at Omni

LMI appears to have a location in the hills and Jack London square,
according to this <https://www.lmi.net/services/high-speed-wireless>.
Perhaps we can talk them into giving us a backup link. We should at least
get an SSID and geographic coordinates so we can check signal quality.

The equipment we already have on the roof has a decent antenna.
