[sudo-discuss] Cabinets for donation

I am inclined to agree.

We could keep all the craft stuff on the other side of the room so the bins
are all uniform-ish. But for all the material stock, perhaps we should find
a place for that under the stairs or somewhere else in the building, as,
it's not very often touched (and doesn't need to be).
