[sudo-discuss] [omni-discuss] New safe space bans

Rayc has been welcome at Sudoroom for quite a while now and is officially a
member of Sudoroom as far as I know.  I should mention that i'm the one who
originally pushed for his access restriction (NOT a safe space ban, just a need
for a chaperone to keep him from doing careless things) and i'm very pleased
that he's coming around these days.
