[sudo-discuss] need another 8-foot light bulb in sudoroom

If we've exhausted the fluorescent consumables and there are still 
fixtures elsewhere in the Omni that can use these lights, I'd love to 
start working on LED conversion next tuesday.  We have a freestanding 
ladder that can reach all those fixtures, right?
