[sudo-discuss] Sudo Room Meeting-Flavored Party tonight, 7/8pm

I added two more discussion items to the pad (no decisions are required for
those two):

1. Omni Proposal-under-discussion: Omni Delegates Decision-Making Process
2. Discuss whether Sudo Room should start using Loomio for (at least some)
decision making/consensus finding (either in addition to or instead of
monthly meetings)
