Whereas:

 	* The ADA restroom retrofit has been symbolic of protracted struggle
to meaningfully act on shared values with lasting effect,
 	* Yar has demonstrated uncanny tenacity and thoughtfulness in this
project and others,
 	* We need to lock in a star trek reference somewhere in this thing,

 Resolved, by the general membership of sudo room that:

 	* The title of Lieutenant is hereby bestowed upon Yardena Cohen
(henceforth Lt. Yar) until the later of i) her willful resignation, and
ii) the end of Season 1.
