RE lighting let's use broken ballasts as an excuse to pull down working
fluorescent fixtures as spares for other parts of the building. Count me
in to help out with upgrading to LED lighting sufficient to work happily
in this area, Robb!  Also kudos to everyone who has worked so far on
cleaning the area and coming up with a great plan to make better use of
the space, not to mention a freakin 3D artistic rendering with a penguin
for scale :)
