[sudo-discuss] server rack UPS

I left the battery in the cage with the UPS. Ian tested the battery and
it's good. I looked up the instructions for that model of UPS and the
reasons it could be beeping were a bad battery, loss of power, or too many
things plugged in. It wasn't the two former things, so probably the latter,
unless it's just completely malfunctioning.
