[sudo-discuss] Proposal: Forgive 50% of Omni rent debt from April - Oct

I'm all in favor of this idea. Do we need to organize a call to discuss
this proposal and approve? I believe there is a 3 month deadline coming up
soon, for Sudo to get in touch with the OMni finance committee...
