Delinquent property taxes in the amount of $201,161 are due for the Omni
Commons Building (Alameda parcel 13-1161-1) Property tax default
foreclosure proceedings may be initiated by next year:

$161,526 Prior year delinquent taxes
$ 39,635 Current year property tax
$201,161 Total property taxes due

There is still time to apply for a payment plan to avoid tax foreclosure.
But instead of $40K/year taxes would be increased to $60K/year to pay off
back taxes. According to the Alameda county tax collector it is still
possible to apply for a waiver of penalties for 2020 taxes but the deadline
to apply is May 6 2021.
