I think the more challenging issue would be making it vandalism proof.
Another concern is permanently installing something with internet and a
microphone/ at Omni (assuming it needs internet). Camera can be covered up.
Microphone less so.

Unfortunately they might only exist for ipads. Though you may be able to
find other tablets of a similar dimension and use some foam padding around
the corners to make it work.
