*Local Flavor Catering Cooperative seeks an additional member.*

Local Flavor Catering has recently completed our conversion to a worker
coop and is seeking another member to help us continue to enthusiastically
expand!

*Mission statement*

Local Flavor Catering Cooperative, owned and operated by its workers,
serves non-profits, businesses, and private parties. We are dedicated to
delicious food, sustainable practices, community accountability, and the
local food economy. We donate our time and money to social justice groups
and organizations.

*The Job*

We are currently serving clients, some of whom are regular customers, and
we need additional folks to allow for expansion. The daily work is
producing high quality food for medium to large groups of people. Pay is
commensurate with experience (Between $13 and $18 an hour)



 *Requirements*

· Minimum 18 month commitment

· Available to attend weekly Collective Meetings. Meetings involve business
planning and cooperative development

· Excellent communication skills

· Flexibility with scheduling (currently early morning in SF, may relocate
to East Bay).



 Interested in co-developing a workplace with social justice values

*Must* have professional experience *creating* and producing food for *large
groups* of people.
