[sudo-prints] TAZ 3d printer power supply fan fixed

There was a problem where the fan in the TAZ 3d printer's power supply got
stuck, with the tips of the fan blades getting caught on the sharp edge of
the transformer.

This was due to an imperfect design in the cheap knockoff power supply,
coupled with an unlucky slight change in position of the cover (where the
fan is mounted) relative to the circuitboard holding the transformer.

There was no way to bend the cover away to seperate the two things, so i
filed off the tips of the fan blades so they would not catch on the edge
of the transformer. I think this will fix the problem.

At least one print failed because the power supply overheated and
presumably shut down until it cooled off. This shouldn't happen again but
if it does please post about it or tell me.

happy printing!
