[Sudo-radio] SRIG meeting 3/19/2013

RoShamBo might be able to help sponsor this if it happens in May, since
that will be our 2 year anniversary party.

We were trying to do something like this already.  Could do it at the
uptown or somewhere like the Vagabond Ballroom.  Andrew, what do you think?
