[sudo-sys] cleaning up

Hey all,

Going to be putting some time in to clean and open up our info resources,
among them are:

* sudoroom.org
* sudoroom.org/wiki
* lists.sudoroom.org
* web hosting server (dev --> production process)
* source code
* local network (routing and dns)
* member shell server (bash on openbsd)
* local services (inventory, music, files etc)
* network monitoring (nagios + more)
* firewall options
* vpn

Going to work on easy web bits first, then local network in the space
(redundant at first, not swapping wholesale with the current setup). You
are welcome to hack on things before I get to them, or with me!
