[sudo-sys] New Calendar w/ Booking, Recurring Events, and Feeds (ical)

I'm fairly convinced that this is a viable option, listening if anyone has
feedback.

One issue is that we'll have to migrate ~355 events over by hand (not an
easy way to automate it given the plugins handle basics like recurrence and
locations very differently). That is not impossible, but if anyone is able
to volunteer to help, it will make it speedier.
