[sudo-sys] mailman was down

This happens about 2-3 times a year. Not sure why - yar could tell you
more, but she's traveling and visiting family and such for the next few
weeks.
Omni's server also needs to be moved/relocated, iirc - mebbe sudo-sysadmins
should organize a hackday to transfer to fresh servers or some such?
