[sudo-sys] Website was down

The once-per-second status check is netdata. I don't think it's currently set up to send any alerts. I'd mostly been using it for real-time troubleshooting. You can see it in action by setting up an SSH tunnel to localhost:19999 and going there in your browser.

The emails to sudo-sys from StatusCake were supposed to tell us it was down.
