[wikitown] Valhalla Movement

Valhalla, a group in Canada, has been making lots of videos for their
village project. They're all quite well done as they appear to have an
editing/media team.
One of the stated goals, as well as the documented creation of their
village, is to "build a network of 100% sustainable communities."  I guess
that's the "movement" part.
