Maybe.  The end is in sight in terms of the bloom.  There's barely any aquatic life left.  It would probably take about 10 yrs to even partially recover, and that's assuming ideal conditions.

Thinking about whether there would be a critical mass of interest from ppl at sudo/CCL/Omni enough to form an ecology group who would want to go out on trips and add observations to iNaturalist or do any number of other actions related to mitigating the ecological spasms that are headed our way?
