Is there someone who can run the meeting this Wednesday, June 7th? I'll be there, I just don't want to run it. I can present on behalf of the Sudo Room membership working group, though.

I'd like to translate the challenges that we're facing into a set of goals, then translate those goals into digestible action items.

I was telling Jonathan and Glen that I think it would be really motivating and productive to discuss and settle on at least one goal for the month of June that is really, really doable. Then do that, and in July we can say, "Goal set: goal accomplished." Then do that again.

Tonight is a maybe for me, but i definitely want sudoroom to meet and discuss

and we need a new lender for the building by December (which is very soon) or
we'll lose the building.

Basically at the meeting people need to read the delegates' meeting notes and
anything relevant from the Omni Commons consensus email list, and discuss
anything that they want the delegate (me) to represent at the meetings.
