The 4 leases recorded were Sudo Mesh, Counter Culture Labs, Food Not Bombs, and Omni Commons.
Sudo Room's and Free Store's leases were included under the Omni Common's nonprofit, because for now they are still fiscally sponsored projects of Omni. Jesse and William have been working on filing paperwork to make a new separate nonprofit for Sudo Room. It is specified in the existing Sudo Room (under Omni) lease that CALLI will allow the current lease terms to transfer over to the new Sudo Room nonprofit once formed.
Wood St Commons and Cee Cee's basement media lab will also be signing a new lease with CALLI, but it was not recorded with the closing documents given the time constraints.
The only news we have had so far about operations is that CALLI will be pausing events for a period of time. We haven't gotten any news on access, but we should expect some changes there. Our lease states we will no longer have 24/7 for all members (can only access during "open hours" or when permission granted for events), but after a new access door is created, we can have 24/7 access when a "designated individual" is around to close the building. There also may be some change in access times due to roof repairs, but no news yet on that either.
