Lol Wiki Leaks!!!

this information is a little outdated now, and we should remove the part about
the roofer "guaranteeing" anything since he ran off owing us $9000 for
tricking us and creating a bunch of extra work (as in, it would have been much
BETTER if he had just run off with the money and not done what he did)
