Please also discuss the new construction projects I proposed. The one
we can most likely afford is to spend $7895 to build a new room
upstairs, which EBDSA would then want to rent for $1500/mo starting
Nov 1.

ALSO please discuss the proposal to voluntarily raise Sudo's payments
from 2->3k/mo, given that sudoroom has a new large donor.
