I installed the new plugin. The main reason for the new calendar is that it allows people to sync our calendar to their personal one, so they can see our events on personal calendar apps instead of just through the website.

It works, but you have to enter calendar events into a different event entry on the website, not the old one, for them to show up. I was entering them myself, but I'm currently burned out. 

I'll copy the calendar events over tonight, and send an email on how you can do it.

So, the legacy calendar is at the bottom of the calendar page. In the middle in Omni's Airtable feed.  I don't know what Timely is (the cal at the top).. Someone probably thought they would improve things do-ocratically by installing a prettier calendar plugin, however this would potentially neglect a) 10 years of historical event archives (in the legacy WP FullCalendar [which seems to still work fine? settings are in Settings -> Wp FullCalendar), and b) synchronization with Omni's calendaring system (toward which I put in many hours over the years, but its been a few since then..)
