Do you mean the convention, or the ferry? 

The convention doesn't allow dogs. 

According to the ferry website, non-service animals need to be in a carrier. I've met your dog, though, and they're small. I bet they could get away with sitting on your lap, but I don't have enough experience with the ferry to say for sure.

I've CC'd the rest of the mailing list. Does anyone know if the ferry enforced the dogs-in-carrier rules?
