Does anyone think there's a good project that could be made with these things,
that could be offered as a kit for people to build during a class at Sudoroom?

Maybe some sort of music making thing, or an art piece that makes patterns
onto an old monitor?  It's a very powerful computer, in an arduino form
factor.
