We have a giant box of video brochures. We heard they run Linux, but we haven't figured out how to access the OS. When you plug it in to USB, it shows up as a storage device with a single folder called `videos` in which there must be three files named 01.mp4, 02.mp4, and 03.mp4. We have gotten them to play 3 new videos! We haven't gotten it to actually run Doom.
