"The Holdout is committed to fighting all forms of hierarchy and oppression including but not limited to the system of Capitalism, white supremacy, racism, ablism, sexism, heteronormativity, ageism, imperialism and authoritarianism. We believe in organizing in a non-hierarchical manner that promotes autonomy, solidarity, grassroots involvement, and the agency of those most affected by each decision. We oppose any state repression of dissent; including surveillance, infiltration, disruption and violence. We are working actively to build relationships and institutions that are based on equality, self-determination, affinity, solidarity, and sustainability."
