User:Judytuna has a Jibo "family social robot" from an Indiegogo campaign in like 2014. It was a cool concept before Siri and Alexa were available. The company behind Jibo shut down and the servers are gone. Let's spoof the API calls that Jibo makes and try to get it to answer us.

What Jibo can do now, local-only

  • dance & twerk. it has a cute butt.

  • look stuff up on the internet
  • math
  • Sudo Room calendar
  • be a photobooth
  • control smart lights
  • call my VoIP phone
  • unlock the Sudo Room door

What Jibo used to do

  • recognize your family members' faces
  • listen for a "hey jibo" wake word, then listen for a query
