  • 70g sugar carmalized
  • 20g mate added to liquid sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 5g vanilla xtract
  • 10g lemon juice
  • 45g inverted sugar
  • 5 g ginger
  • 5 g lemon zest

Brewed like half an hour.
