Mesh/Reminderbot

Reminderbot is currently offline, since we transitioned to holding business meetings once a month instead of once a week in 2019.

Reminderbot pops into peoplesopen.net/chat to remind us of the action items we decided on at the previous meeting!

Troubleshooting

1. Did you move the minutes from the pad to their own page? The minutes actually contain instructions for how to do this.
2. Did you create a link to the new page on Mesh/Minutes?
3. Did you put the link at the top and use the same format as the rest of the table?
4. Did Reminderbot pop in and report an error? If so, ping eenblam on Signal.
