Members update

this was a fast vaguely ad-hoc meeting before another event!

we did a brief meeting to go over updating member things!

MB, JS, and M did some members stuff:

- moved ppl to needs to be added (taiga)

- checked payment things (taiga, MB commented)

- did a tiny wiki update for info on the membermatters page

None of us knew how/had perms to add people to mailing list tho, so that is still outstanding
