I am a graduate student researcher at Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences department at UC Berkeley.

Working on open source organic/grass-root/self-healing technologies, like wlan slovenija, open wireless network of Slovenia initiative, where we have developed a support web system called nodewatcher which helps non-technical savvy people to deploy wireless mesh networks or at least their nodes.

Interested in e-democracy, deliberative democracy, collective intelligence, trust networks, group decision support systems, collaboration tools, peer-to-peer and distributed systems, wireless mesh/community networks, organic/self-healing technologies, computer science and technology popularization, how to make technology-based initiatives be accepted in wider (non-technical) society.
