I'm an aspiring peasant and have been in and out of the bay area for the past year. I'm interested in community ownership of infrastructure, and am currently doing a lot of research on municipal networks. I'm hoping I can help People's Open Network interface with library and schools, and research what it would take to purchase fiber and become an ISP.
