[Mesh] Non-Oakland nodes connectivity?

Correction: Software service that can operate over (doesnt rely on) the
Internet. I DONT want to offer direct Internet access. Just the service.

Clarification: I want to purchase some nodes from Sudo Mesh to install and
connect to Peoples Open Network running services. Without offering direct
Internet (browser/telnet/etc) acces though.
