[sudo-discuss] wasa2il: a participatory democracy software project

I just caught wind of this little project based around participatory
organizations and meant to facilitate policy-driven decision making:

Pretty cool, and something sudoroom might benefit from, given our
diligence in making decisions according to the bylaws we've set forth.
Sometimes these types of tools are too rigid and get in the way of the
in-person decision making process, but this one looks pretty flexible.
Worth playing around with at the very least.
