wouldn't it save us money if we could have someone who knows wtf thyre
doing (or will not do anything) do some before the electrician is hired?

the steve whom i have nicknamed 'st.' (that expedited the move) will prolly
be there in the early evening.  if i talk 2 him before that i will bring
this, my newly sprouted, fruit-still-theoretical scion of the Big Tree --
that is renovating the Omni -- to his attn.
