[sudo-discuss] Noisebridge needs volunteers

Actually, the timing is good in many ways as well.  The electrical
work at noisebridge, in particular, is something we need to learn from
- and the best way to learn is by helping.  We can exchange ideas,
help each other, and both come out stronger from this.
