[sudo-discuss] Startup House

I don't think anything is going to stop Sudo Room from giving critical
commentary on things posted to the list. The real issue seems that we
should have created a separate thread to talk about "start-up houses" that
wasn't in direct response to a thread asking for a specific kind of help.
