[sudo-discuss] Omni Safer Spaces Policy

As was pointed out at the Sudo meeting last night, using the wiki page's
"View history" feature may be a good way to check what has changed since
the last time you paid attention to these documents. You can essentially
compare any two versions within the revision history

For your convenience, here are some useful comparison points for the two
documents:
