[sudo-discuss] Suggestions?

Or if Mark can only do one day a week, a day like Sat or Sun aft would be
ideal. That way a second recycling load could still get picked up Weds
AM too if need be, by Waste Management as is currently the case.

Since the main problem is bins are overflowing before Tuesday, and we don't
want to get yet more bins if we can help it, pickups twice a week one way
or another would be the ideal :)
