[sudo-discuss] Free Nexus 4 phone for someone in need or hacking project

it would appear that the Nexus 4 is supported by snoopsnitch (software
for detecting stingrays). Can anyone confirm this?

If it does and it's going to project causes I'd definitely be able to
make use of it, but would rather it go to someone in need of a phone
ahead of me.
